Processing & Dispatch
All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Tuesday and Thursday courier days).
Custom or commissioned taonga will ship once complete; we’ll confirm your estimated timeframe by email.
Every parcel includes tracking and secure, eco-friendly packaging.
New Zealand Shipping

Sent by NZ Post Tracked Courier or Mainfreight for larger freight.

Delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch (rural areas may take slightly longer).

Flat-rate shipping shown at checkout covers packaging and tracking.
Australia Shipping
We currently ship internationally to Australia only.
Orders are sent via NZ Post International Tracked or Mainfreight Air Courier.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

All prices shown at checkout are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — the 10 % Australian GST and export processing cost are already included.

There are no extra import or brokerage charges on delivery.
Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order leaves our workshop.
Packaging & Sustainability
We use recycled boxes, paper wrap and biodegradable fillers wherever possible.
Each stone or taonga is cushioned for safe travel and presented with care.
Taxes & Currency

New Zealand orders include 15 % GST.

Australian orders are zero-rated for NZ GST but include the prepaid 10 % Australian import GST.

Prices are in NZD; your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion or international transaction fee.
Delays & Damage
Courier delays can occasionally occur due to weather or customs processing.
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos so we can help resolve it quickly.
Local Pickup (Whangārei)
Local pickup is available by appointment once your order is ready.
You’ll receive full pickup details by email or Messenger.
Customs & Compliance
All international shipments include accurate customs declarations and tariff codes.
We follow all NZ Customs and Australian Border Force requirements and never export restricted materials.
